El 18 de septiembre del año pasado, el guitarrista de Pink Floyd realizó en el Royal Abert Hall uno de sus mejores conciertos, con la producción de Phil Manzanera.

Ese recital ha quedado registrado en un DVD que será lanzado bajo el nombre “Remember that night”.

Aquella increíble noche, el príncipe del glam, David Bowie, subió al escenario para interpretar con él “Arnold Layne” de otro Pink Floyd, Syd Barret, que había muerto recientemente, y el clásico “Comfortably numb”.

También fue de la partida David Crosby,  que cantó “Find the coast of freedom”.

Naturalmente Gilmour tocó los inolvidables “Wish you were here” y “Echoes”
